Sessions are designed to meet the athletes where they are. For younger or less experienced athletes, the focus is on teaching proper movement patterns and the fundamentals of strength training to ensure a strong foundation to build on.
For older or more experienced athletes, the focus is to continue building on the fundamentals with more advanced skills to enhance performance and help the athlete get stronger, faster, and more confident.
Performance training complements the athletes sport specific training year-round, whether getting ready for a season, staying sharp in season, or in the off season. We aim to help each athlete enjoy the process while continually elevating their performance and working towards their goals through safe and effective training.
Adult Functional Training is full body training designed to help you move and feel better. Every session is designed with purpose and geared towards you and your goals.
Training includes a well-rounded workout covering mobility, power, strength, and conditioning.
From the warm-up through the conditioning, each session you receive professional hands-on coaching from a certified trainer. Your program will meet you where you are and progress with you. With deliberately small sessions of 1-3 people, you receive personalized coaching each workout.
