Athlete training at AMP 11 focuses on helping athletes move well, stay healthy, and perform confidently in their sport.


Many athletes work hard but never receive structured strength and movement training. Without it, they rely only on practice and conditioning, which can lead to plateaus or preventable injuries. Our program builds the physical foundation that supports sport skill development year-round.


We develop:

  • Speed — accelerating, stopping, and changing direction efficiently
     
  • Strength — full-body strength for durability and contact readiness

Adult training at AMP 11 is designed to help you feel stronger, move comfortably, and stay consistent without having to figure everything out yourself.


Many adults don’t struggle because they lack effort — they struggle because workouts aren’t adjusted to their body, schedule, or previous injuries. Our coaching focuses on building strength in a way that fits real life so progress is steady and sustainable.


Each client follows a structured program within a small session (1–3 people), allowing clear, personalized instruction and adjustments.


Training focuses on:

  • Building strength safely and progressively
     
  • Improving mobility and reducing stiffness
     
  • Increasing energy and work capacity
     
  • Preventing small issues from becoming injuries
     
  • Developing confidence in movement

Guided programming and accountability when you can’t attend in person.


Online coaching is for individuals who want clear training direction and accountability but cannot attend in-person sessions consistently.


You follow a structured program designed specifically for you, with guidance on both training and nutrition so you always know what to do and how to adjust as you progress.


Rather than generic workouts, the plan evolves based on your schedule, feedback, and results.
