About AMP 11 & Coaching Philosophy

Meet LeighAnne

 

Division I soccer athlete and strength coach with 15+ years coaching athletes, teams, and adults of all experience levels.


I help people build strength, move confidently, and stay healthy through structured, individualized training — not random workouts.

I began coaching while playing collegiate soccer and later led a high school program to a top-15 national ranking.


Those years taught me progress doesn’t come from harder workouts — it comes from consistent, structured training tailored to the person in front of you.


After working in group fitness settings, I saw many people weren’t lacking motivation — they were lacking direction. That led me to create AMP 11, where coaching stays individualized and progress is measured over time.


Today I work in a small training environment so every client receives clear instruction, appropriate challenge, and a plan that evolves with them.

Athletes develop speed, strength, and durability for sport, while adults build strength and resilience for everyday life.
